City Council Business

Under the State of Tennessee's "Sunshine Law", all city council meetings are open to the public. If you wish to address the council, you must fill out a card with the council's uniformed sergeant-at-arms. Once the meeting has started, those who filled out cards are called upon to speak thier issues with the council.
