At a meeting with Foundation's new general manager, Steve Dunn officials from Douglas County stated that they would not intervene on the Surrey Trail, Fargo Trail and Buckskin Trail road damage. The officials recommended that Ramparts institute a civil action against developer, Harvey Deutch.

The residents at Ramparts are the big loosers! The developer owns the roads that our residents must use to reach their homes. However, the developer refuses to do much needed repairs to the roads.

What choices do Rampart owners have? Attend the meeting on February 26, 2000 and discuss your options with your board of directors.
