I bet you can?’t find a homeowners?’ association fee as low as ours anywhere! Help keep our fees low with these few simple things you can do. Number one - VOLUNTEER! Be part of the association, with as little or as large a contribution of your time and talents, committees, special task forces and the board of directors needs YOU! Call to say ?“you can count me in!?” Number two ?– if you see something report it. Each homeowner is the eyes and ears of the Board, if you see a small problem, report it before it becomes large and more costly. Number three ?– pay your dues on time. This keeps the cash flow going and the size of the job for the volunteers that take care of it to a minimum. Have trouble forgetting to write that little check each month? Consider paying the whole year or six months at a time and only write one check instead of many.
