ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL PROCESS

If you are planning to make changes to the outside of your home, major landscape changes, or additions of play equipment, etc. that can be seen over the fence line, you must obtain approval for these changes from the Architectural Committee prior to installation. You may request an Architectural Request Form from City Property Management (CPM)(602-437-4777). Forms, once completed, are submitted to CPM & forwarded to the Committee for approval.
