Board Meeting Highlights
Our community is getting a facelift. Rose Coccia and Bernadette Kilroy recently rolled up their shirt sleeves and ventured out to the entrance area of the community. They cleared shrubs and debris and added new granite. In addition, there have been 3 boulders added at the Harrison entrance. New equipment is being installed in the park areas. We hope you will take the time stroll over to the parks and chat with a few of your neighbors.
The Board is still in the process of trying to get WIN grant monies from the Town of Gilbert to help fund the approximately $9,000 Sun Cover for the playground area which was approved by the community at the General Meeting in October.
We have a new property manager: Lori Farrell. Please welcome her to our community.

We are also carefully reviewing and updating the Community Rules & Regulations booklet. (This is not the same as the CC&Rs )
