Do you have this problem too?:

Our house is one that doesn't have eves so the water just runs down the side of the house. We found that our baseboards are popping away from the wall because of water build-up behind them. Once the baseboards were removed we found some mold. We are also having leaking around our glass block windows in the kitchen. We have been told that this is a design flaw and should be taken up with Del Webb. In order to do that we thought it would be best to see if our house is not alone. I have found one other person with a leaking window and one with a balcony problem. (The balcony slopes toward the house which causes the water to go toward the house.) It was purely by accident that I found the baseboard problem. At first glance it just appears that the baseboards have settled away from the wall in spots. Upon further inspection, the carpet was wet and there was mold. I only noticed this because of the amount of rainfall this year. Please let me know if you have this problem too.

Thank you,

Darlene Bragg
