I live on Paseo Jacinto - a couple of weeks ago all of the mail boxes on my street were entered and mail stolen. I called the Sheriffs Dept who said it is not their problem so I called the post office dept who asked me a lot of questions and said it was not their problem and refered me to their security - (who doesn't even answer) but you can file on their website. When I did that they sent me a 3 page questionair but not one question pertained to the problem. At that point I gave up! (Which is probably what they wanted me to do!)
