RCC?’s Jacob Tipre has been working with the Cook County State?’s Attorney?’s Mock Trial program at local grammar schools. The program acts out a real trial scenario using real State?’s Attorneys and police officers. Volunteers like Jacob act as witnesses, victims or perpetrators, and students as jurors, judge and court clerk. The student jurors get to deliberate and deliver a verdict.
