I would assume a special assessment of that magnitude would require a vote of approval from the members before being implemented

Roofs

The Declaration States that the community must be up kept by Beatification which is not being done every 3-4 years. Some of the garages have not been painted in 15.

The last 3 special assessments were aimed toward Roof repairs which never happened.

Darby Roofing

I had a discussion with Darby roofing for 45 minutes one day and they said that there have been no roof replacements. They said that the roof on building 190 had a membrane added to it. This roof is still leaking on building 190 according to residents. To replace the roof the. . . the complete top membrane including the plywood are taken off and the roof will need to be pitched slightly to allow the water to drain off and not puddle.

Why are we being Lied to!
