Architectural Committee is Active

The Architecture Committee of Red House Plantation has observed that quite a number of homeowners are making changes which do not meet the Deed of Restrictions to which all homeowners agreed to. Letters will be going out to homeowners who are not in compliance with the Restrictions and will be required to bring their homes back into compliance.

The easiest way to avoid frustration and added cost of having to undo something is to read through your Deed of Restrictions document, or ask your neighbors if a change you want to make is permitted by the restrictions. If they don't know, a quick email to any of the officers can get you an answer.

If you want to assist with the Architecture Committee, the committee is open to additional members. Send an email to the neighborhood contact (see link at the left of our main webpage) to let the committee know you are interested in participating.
