Nice Things you have done recently:
Helping to keep the common area safe and clean.
Helping to keep the plants over the bridge there trimmed back when the landscapers don't.
Keeping the kids from digging.
Removing any glass in the street or sidewalk within 24 hours.
Offering to help an elderly neighbor trim their bushes.
