Redhawk Neighbors

I just bought my house in December. During the move, I lost my copy of the CC&Rs. I wrote a letter to the Kacina Management company asking for another copy; they responded by telling me I would have to pay 8 cents per page plus postage and handling for a new copy.
Does this seem a little ridiculous to anyone else?

If anyone wants a free copy of the CC&Rs for the Redhawk Homeowner's Association, just send with your request to tigearnanbreen-RedHawk@yahoo.com and I will email you a copy of the CC&Rs (in either text or Word format).
