I am in Nevada at this time and will be moving to your area within the next 2 - 3 weeks. I have found a house on-line but the address is not displayed. It looks like it is in the cul-de-sac at the end of Old Well Drive. I am very much interested in this property but need to know why it is being rented for such a small amount. Does anyone know anything about this property?
