I heard that Ms. Galloway said we need to increase our Homeowner Association Fees. Please tell me this rumor is false!
Is the Board so poorly managed that the HOA can go from a bank account of almost $400,000 to needing to raise fees to pay for whatever the Board personally wants. Although no one on the Board has any financial or managerial experience, surely they aren't so ignorant that they are spending money on things that most of the neighborhood doesn't want and apparently can't afford. If the Board decides to raise the HOA fees, then we need a new Board with some financial sense.
