The March 2004 newsletter indicated that there were no volunteers to coordinate the Easter Egg Hunt this year. This is incorrect. As shown in the attached e-mail to Colletta, I volunteered to coordinate the Easter Egg Hunt. I don't believe the intent was to misrepresent the facts, minimize the value of child-oriented events, or threaten to cancel this event, but rather to note the general need for volunteers. I will go on record that, if needed, I will be happy to volunteer to coordinate the Easter Egg Hunt next year.

Since the picnic isn't for a while and we have a little time on the Easter Egg Hunt yet, I'd like to defer an answer to what we activity would be good at this point. Chuck, Tom and I know of others who have expressed interest in helping. Some of these are new volunteers and we'd like to see if we can get them involved?…..

Tom asked for volunteers at the meeting.....I may regret this, but I'll volunteer to coordinate the Fall Picnic (and if you can't find anyone else, I'll also do the Easter Egg hunt,?….
If you also plan to continue with Senators from each area of the sub-division, I'll volunteer to find a senator for our area ?…
