Please answer the questions

I have heard also that the BAD Debts are getting worse than previous years.
IS THIS TRUE?

Advertising

I notice that the newsletter is now mailed and that there is no advertising. Did advertisers decide that we are a poor community and not worth their advertising dollars?

What is the cost to produce and mail the newsletter? How much is the loss of advertising costing us?

Also, I read these comments so I learn more about what's happening in the community, and see that people ''hear'' about bad debt or landscaping costs. How is everyone hearing about these things? I read the newsletter and this web page and don't see any news about our community finances. If there somewhere else that I should look to get information or is the board giving this information at the coffee socials?

When is the next upcoming election for HOA I am thinking about running.

Next can the neighborhood step in at all in the HOA decisions while they are in office? Or put any restrictions on the Board for upcoming years, or must the boards (any board I am not attacking this terms) put restrictions on themselves.
