I have noticed several homeowners watering when it is not their day, what should we do report them? I have noticed this when it is late in the evening and the sun goes down. Please observe your watering days and we will have no problems.

This is not being a good neighbor. If I want to water on my off days what concern is it of your? You really need to mind your business keeping my grass green improves your property value in case you were wondering there junior. By Carlos |
