SPEEDING
In talking with the officers of the Oak Park, College & Rolando Community Councils speeders continue to be a problem for all our communities. Councilmember Madaffer has worked to purchase a speed trailer for our district let us know where the speed problems are so we can have the trailer at those sites. This is an ongoing problem and one that relies on people changing their driving habits. (That's a tough one). What we can do is possibly deter them from speeding by placing the trailer at strategic locations.

DARNALL DIGEST SUPPORTERS
The Digest isn't Barb's personal advertiser. Barb is an active member in our community and serves on the board, lifted and toted at the community clean up, delivers the Digest and pays to advertise in the Digest. Advertisers are one of the reasons the Digest can be published. Yes someone has to pay the bill for printing costs. To encourage advertisers the Digest offers those who buy large ads an informational article to encourage community interest in their expertise. Previous advertisers CarCo and All Veteran's Construction also had similar articles incorporating their business with the interests of Darnall. The DCC appreciates all contributions large and small, monetary or in kind I encourage you participate actively in your community.
