The Annual Homeowners Meeting is tentatively planned fro Nov 5th at the Fire Station by Walgreen's. Please plan on attending or return your proxy card so that we can have a majority of the homeowners present.
One of the topics for discussion will be an amendmanet to our Covenants and bylaws, to wit;
Amend the covenants to transfer maintenace of the fence facing Centennial Blvd from the homeowners association to the individual homeowners.
