Regency Woods Blockwatch

Are you having the CJ or NYT delivered?  Does anyone know if the same person delivers both papers?  Our NYT has been late so many times, but when we notify the NYT they say that the delivery person has until 8 AM before it's considered late.  Does the mayor or the city have anything to do with the delivery of newspapers, or is it a private transaction between the customer and the newspaper?

It is a private transcation between the customer and the newspaper.

I have the CJ delivered.  Like I said . . . I was not complaining, just wondering about the abrupt change.
