There is quite a problem with the Hickory Valley Condominium Associations new parking regulations. A much more detailed list of rules needs to be established and communicated to the community. As it stands now it is very unclear what will constitute having to pay 100 $ for calling someone to remove the tire boot from your vehicle. It was my understanding... that we couldnt have guest without a pass in our parking lot overnight... However my guest... who was leaving well before midnight found a boot on his tire.
Ok, so lets say all vehicles must have a pass nomatter what time of day it is... If we are only allowed two passes.. how is this condusive to a family environment? What about birthday partys? Family deaths? What happens if my family member dies and people want to console me? Shall i tell them they can't come over unless they want a 100 $ fine?
Until this mess is clarified and detailed, i cannot recommend the Hickory Valley Condominiums to my friends, family, or anyone else. Quite a few people are leaving for exactly the reasons outlined here. Please sort this out in a more professional manner.
