Yard of the Month Rules

The rules for being considered for Yard of the Month are simple. All residents are eligible?—renters as well as homeowners.

Lawns must be mowed and shrubbery trimmed.

Vehicles must not block the view of your lawn

Trash or trash receptacles should not be visible.

Overall appearance should reflect a neat, clean, and well-maintained yard.

The recipient of the Yard of the Month award will receive a certificate, a T-shirt with the Reid Park logo, and will display the Yard of the Month sign until a new recipient is announced.
