Our Association's only source of income is the dues paid by its members. Several members have not yet paid the 2007 dues of $50. This Association has, and will use its legal rights to take legal action or place property liens to cover the dues, interest and costs of collection. Please be certain to pay your dues. If you have not, the cost just keeps going up.
