I enjoy eating lunch at Cotijas, downtown in the 400 block of Louisiana. Fresh, flavorful, mild red salsa. Food always comes out hot and fresh. Can normally find street parking--especially if you can wait till the business crowd leaves--after 12:30PM anyway, or right at 11. Don't expect Tex-Mex. In fact, don't expect anything. Just come and try out something different.
