Thanks for taking action on this matter of concern to Woodcrest.

What has come of the e-mail and calling campaign?  Did it work?  Is there any news on a public hearing or did Bubba's drop the matter?

Last week, at the end of the 30 day comment period, the CoH Joint Referral Committee denied the street abandonment request and the application was withdrawn.

Community residents and businesses expressing opposition was significant, and the District C Council Office assisted in getting the application denied.

Thanks for the update.  Glad to hear the request for abandoning the street was abandoned.
