Changes to theRichmond Place P.O.A. board

The latest information on the handover of the P.O.A.from the developer is as follows:- The developer and president,Bob Evans and the vice president Bill Sweetnam have resigned.In their place they have appointed two people from M.I. homes and Terry Allen from the Marquis apartments. This situation is likely to continue till M.I. no longer own property in richmond place.Any questions on further details should be addressed to Donna Dernier of Melrose Management on 254 4554.
Our next meeting will be held at the New Tampa library ,Cross Creek Blvd. on the 4th of December at 7.00pm. Donna will be attending to answer any general questions.
Maronda have told me that they have had complaints about dogs fouling the cul de sac landscaping on Stockton but they did not supply names to contact.Please note if you want action on this issue or any other ,contact Donna.
