Venue- New Tampa library. Date-22ndMarch 2000. Time- 7 pm.

1) Road development New Tampa :-

Fred opened the meeting with a discussion concerning the "New Tampa transportation task force", meeting on march 27th, at the new tampa library.A list of 10 recommendations from the last transportation meeting regarding road projects was reviewed.
Five of the recommendations were agreed unaniamously by those attending the meeting in the following order of priority :-
A- Intersection improvements on Bruce B Downs and
multiple stop light placement of at least 4 new ones
in the next 3 years
B- Renovations to the off ramp I-75 north on to BBD and
the flyover from BBD south on to I-75 south.
C- Connector bridge between New Tampa Blvd and Commerce
Dr.
D- East -West Rd between I-275 and the apex of Commerce
Dr and New Tampa Blvd.
E- Extension of Cross Creek Blvd .51 miles to Morris
Bridge Rd.
Fred,Tom,-Terry and Larry Brindley volunteered to
attend the next transportation task force meeting to
present their views.

2) Developers Handover to Property Owners:-

It was agreed that that a compehensive review of all records should be undertaken to determine if they complied with all legal and financial requirements before any elected representatives take office.

3) Home Owners Volunteers

We are still looking for volunteers and potential candidates
for the Board as we move closer to the handover date.

4) Prowlers Still in the Area :-

Please be aware that there have been several reports of prowlers spotted in Arlington -Bainbridge and Greystone
