HOA Annual Assessment for 2009

The HOA annual assessment for 2009 is now due. Invoices have been sent to all homeowners. If you have not received your invoice please contact the property management company to update your mailing address. The annual assessment amount for 2009 is $110.00. Please remit payment to Ridaught Landing Three Association c/o Community Management Solutions at the above address. Any assessments that have not been paid by February 1st will be considered delinquent and interest will begin accruing and the legal process to collect the delinquency will begin.
