The Ridge

Today I received a late notice for $10 from the Ridge Maint. Corp; apparently
the association fee went up to $110 w/out much of an announcement.  I had to dig up the letter that was sent mid-December(pre-holiday) to find notification at
the bottom of the page.  I'll bet a few others were short $10 last month too?  I
think that we need to be a bit lenient on these $5.50 late fees that are
threatened at the bottom of this notice.  I assume late fees apply the 15th of
Feb.?  When the fee went from $90 to $100, there was MUCH more notice/discussion as to when and why etc.  Also, not too familiar with every line in the by-laws but don't we get to vote for increases or have we somehow waived that right?
