If you would like an item put on the agenda, it must be submitted in writing, or by fax 556-8221, before Noon on Tuesday, November 13, 2007. All items submitted after this date will be addressed at the next scheduled Board of Directors meeting.

All members must register prior to the start of the meeting. For your convenience, registration will start at 7:15 p.m. If you are unable to attend, please assign the enclosed proxy to Catherine Hickman JR., another Board Director or another Association member in good standing, so that the necessary quorum requirements to hold the meeting can be achieved.
