December 30, 2009 Board Meeting

MINUTES

The meeting of the Ridge Point Homeowners Association Annual Meeting was called to order on Monday, December 30,2009. The meeting was held at the South Hill Library.

Meeting attendees included: Board Members, 1 Homeowners and proxies.

 Objective #1: New Address for HOA

• New Address: PO Box 73131, Puyllup, WA 98373
• Address goes into effect on March 1, 2010

Objective #2: Association Services End of Contract

• End of Contract is Februrary, 28, 2010

Objective#3: Open Floor

Discussed an auto break-in in the neighborhood.

• Make sure nothing valuable is visible, especially if parking on the street, notify your visitors.
• Put together a neighborhood watch program. Would like any volunteers for this project.

Tagging of fence.

• This will always be a problem. Things we can do to make it manageable is stain or paint the fence a dark color. We have dark stain which will be used when the weather gets warmer.
