Board Meeting Minutes 2-28-2010

MINUTES

The Ridge Pointe Homeowner Association was called to order on Monday, February 28, 2010. The meeting was held at the South Hill Library.

Objective 1: Last Minutes

Objective 2: Review Change of Address Notice

• Add email and website address
• Note November 30^, 2009 minutes
• Stamps
• Mail to Homeowners

Objective 3: Review landscape proposals

• Touch of Green

  • Have been the landscaper for the past several years
  • 12 month contract
  • Retention Pond attention every 4 month
  • $2760 + 9.3% tax for the year

• Complete Grounds Maintenance, Inc.

  • 9 month contract
  • Retention Pond attention every 2 weeks
  • $2970 + 9.3% tax for the year

The ACC committee would like to see more attention to the retention ponds instead of 1or 2 times a year. Once every 4 months may not be enough and having it done every 2 weeks is very attractive. The contract season is more along the lines from March to November since nothing is growing during the winter months. The board has chosen to go with Complete Grounds Maintenance pending reference follow-up.

Objective 4: ACC Meeting Scheduled

• Go over plans to common areas
• Spring Work Party
• Fence Replacement
• Tagging Prevention/ideas
• Scheduled walk around Friday, March 12^th, 1pm. Start at the cul-de-sac.

Objective 5: Hand over from Association Services

• Matt will call Dawn to find out what is the final date. Send an email but have not got a reply yet.

Objective 6: Forms

• Jennifer will put together a ACC form and Complaint Form to place on the website

Next Baord Meeting is scheduled for March 29, 2010 at 5:30pm to 6:30pm.
