I was under the impression that having a basketball goal in the parking area was not permitted but everyday I find myself waiting to park due to kids playing basketball in the street..  not only is it dangerous for the kids playing in traffic but also on more than one occassion I have seen stray balls hitting vehicles.. and for the amount of money I pay out for my personal vehicles I do not feel that it is fair to me for some unaccountable kid to dent and ding it.. the kids aren't respectful of traffic or other peoples property.. it seems like I'm an inconvience to them for trying to get home after working all day and interupting  their game.. I know that kids need activities also, but there is a huge open field out of the way of traffic and expensive vehicles to play in and I would like to see us, as adults, you know, the ones who pay our H.A. dues? get to use the parking area without fear of running over someone or having to wait for a "play to be over" to park...
