The annual meeting of the Ridgemont Homeowners Assoc. was held on Aug. 17th. 2003 on the cul-de-sac of Autumn Moon Tr. Officers presented the current state of the business (operating and financial) and new officers for the 03-04 calander year were officially nominated and elected. Officers will serve a one year term which began on Sept. 1st. of this year. The newly elected Board of Directors are as follows:
Craig Bracewell, President
John Law, Vice-president
Karen Fulton, Secretary
Barbara Johnson, Treasurer
The new board council is committed to service the Ridgemont community to insure a safe, beautiful place to live and to continuing the fine work of the previous administration. We welcome all comments and suggestions.
Our new roles would not be complete without taking the time to acknowledge the great job done by the previous administration. Thanks to their efforts the front entrance and flood plain area are back in great shape, the sprinkler system has been repaired, the lighting system was fixed and is in good working order, and the Ridgemont entrance signs were painted. Probably more important than all that, they rekindled interest in caring for our neighborhood and re-established the Ridgemont Homeowners Association. Additionally, it should be mentioned that they managed to collect enough funds to do all the above and secure a groundskeeper on an annual basis within our budget. Please join us in congratulating Joe Fischer and Barb Johnson on a job well done.
