Ridgemont

Key Issues Moving Foreward

Dec 01, 2003

Two key issues and shared concerns were tabled at the annual meeting, they are:

1) Excessive Speeding - Speeding in the subdivision was the primary issues that was brought up and the concern was shared by all who were in attendance. We welcome your input on how we can manage automobile speeds within the subdivision in the near future. As a start, we are asking all residents to please be cautious and observe the 25 mph speed limit when driving within Ridgemont.

2) Membership Participation - The Ridgemont Homeowners Assoc. is strictly a voluntary organization and membership is currently at approximately at 60%. Keep in mind dues are only $40 per year and are used to maintain the public grounds at the entrance and flood plain areas in addition to paying electric and water utilities for the entrance lights and sprinkler system respectively. If you are not currently a member, please consider joining. Checks can be dropped off in the mailbox of the RHA Treasurer, Barbara Johnson at 165 Autumn Moon Tr.

Thank you again for your continued support. Please feel free to email us using this web site or contact any board member directly with feedback, concerns, or suggestions.
