three ramada solar-powered lights were installed without demo to homeowners. each cost close to $1500.

6 more solar are to be installed at monument signs around community, they will cost another $11,000.

Suggestion: 1. home owners shall be informed of major purchases in the future and have the chance to debate whether they want to spend HOA money on certain items. 2. consider different options and associated costs before making a purchase.
