RIVERSOUND HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCATION
FEE STRUCTURE

RIVERSOUND
Payable $210/Quarter=$840 Annually

Dues Include: Maintenance of all amenities: Clubhouse, Pools, Tennis Court, Street Lights, Common Grounds, Trash Removal, and irrigation.

Due Date: Dues are due on the 1st of each quarter and late after the 30th of each quarter.

Late Fee: A late fee is applied after the 30th of each quarter in the amount of 18% percent.

Every homeowner and lot owner in RiverSound, The Breakers and The Cove pay quarterly dues for RiverSound.


BREAKERS
Payable $375/Quarter=$1500 Annually
Road Fund $100 Annual Payable by November 1st of each year.

Dues Include: Maintenance of all amenities: Common Grounds, and irrigation.

Due Date: Dues are due on the 1st of each quarter and late after the 10th of each quarter.

Late Fee: A $25.00 late fee is applied after the 10th of each quarter.

DOCK OWNERS
Payable $120/Annually-Payable in January

Dues Include: Management, cleaning, sealing, painting and normal wear repairs.

THE COVE
$300/Annually-Payable in January

Dues Include: Common grounds maintenance, and management, and insurance for Directors.
