Welcome back snowbirds. I hope that you and our year round residents had a pleasant summer. Many activities are planned for the winter season. I hope all of our residents will join in and take advantage of these activities.
It has been brought to my attention that some residents have made exterior alterations to their homes without the Architectural Review Committee or Board of Directors approval. Section 2.2 of our covenants states, ?“any external improvements, repairs or alterations including, but not limited to, new roofs and additions of any dwelling must be reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.?”
The Architectural Review Committee and the Board of Directors will act upon your request as quickly as possible. The Architectural Review Committee is composed of Larry Miller at 746-6968, Gene Hoffman at 708-9041, and Jerry Cotter at 750-0633. Please contact any of these people if you plan to have or do any exterior alterations to your home or property.
