Our March 10, 2009 Meeting was considered a Annual Meeting by our Board of Directors. June 18, 2008 we elected 5 Board of Directors to manage the Association. Two of those 5 Board of Directors vacated the board, leaving 3 Board of Directors to manage the association.

These Board of Directors also took on the duty of being Officers of the Association. We elect or re-elect our Board of Directors at our Annual Meetings. A Board of Director election was never mention at the March 10 meeting. Our board has made one mistake after another ever since they were elected. I'm beganing to believe they are not all mistakes?

We the Members of the River Run Homeowners Association own property together. We the Members have had control of this property since June 18, 2008. We the Members must see that this property is maintained under Indiana Laws.

The Board of Directors have limits on how they manage the association. We the Members have a right to know what is going on with the board at all times.

1). River Run Homeowners Association needs Board of Directors.
2). River Run Homeowners Association needs Officers.
3). River Run Homeowners Association needs Committees.
4). River Run Homeowners Association don't need to go bankrupt.
5). River Run Homeowners Association don't need to be managed illegal any longer.
6). We the Members must be more involved in our Association.

April 3,2009 I sent this e-mail to the board.

HI,
I noticed at the meeting we were short on Board of Directors. Only three of
the five elected Board of Directors are still on the board. I also noticed
we did not have a election at the meeting to fill the two vacated spots. I
have decided to volunteer for one of those vacated spots on the board, until
we have our next election of Board of Directors. I look forward to our first
meeting together. Will somebody send me the schedule for the Board of
Director meetings?
