Annual Meetings.
a.)The first annual meeting of the Members shall be held within six (6) months after the close of the first fiscal year of the Association, the exact date to be decided by the Board of Directors.
b.)At such first annual meeting of the Members, the Members may designate a regular day or date for successive annual meetings, which date shall be not more than six (6) months after the close of each fiscal year of the Association.
c.)If the Members fail to designate such a regular day or date, the Board of Directors may continue to designate the day or date of the next annual meeting until such a designation is made by the Members.
d.)If any designated day or date falls upon a legal holiday, the actual date of the meeting shall be the next business day succeeding such designated day or date.

Annual Meetings have been in December for at least 4 years before 2008. My understanding is that the first Tuesday in December was established as the date for Annual Meetings. In December 2008 we had no Annual Meeting and never elected any Board of Directors? In March 2009, we had a Annual Meeting and we never elected any Board of Directors at that meeting, even thou we were two short at that time? Before 2008 the Board of Directors started their term January 1st each year. Does that mean the Board of Directors term ends on December 31st each year? I believe it does mean the Board of Directors term ends Dec 31 each year. If that is correct, who are our Board of Directors for 2009? I believe we have no Board of Directors for 2009. We haven't elected any Board of Directors for over a year?

When are the Homeowners going to take control of this Association and show some responsibility???
