We are being over charged again in 2009. Any year we are assessed over $120.00 without a vote from the members for the amount over $120.00 and for the item that put the assessment over $120.00, we are being over charged for that year. We are being over charged for most items in the 2009 budget and there are three items that don't belong in the budget at all. These three items in the budget has a cost to each member of $52.31 in 2009. Rather than a assessment of $155.00 in 2009, we should be assessed between $100.00 and $105.00. The assessment for 2009 was mailed out before the 2009 budget was made. With the 2009 Assessment being over $120.00, do you think the members should have a vote to except the budget or not?
