River Trails Homeowners Association

I've tried to volunteer for Code Blue several times, have taken the class, but have not heard back from our Code Blue Coordinator after several attempts to the yahoo email address, both from my own Yahoo and from another yahoo address.  Each meeting I attend I hear that Code Blue needs volunteers, yet when attempting to try and schedule my ride-in, etc, I hear NOTHING from anyone.  Is Code Blue being taken seriously in RT?
