River Trails Homeowners Association

So what exactly are they building along each side of Trinity Blvd near E. Loop 820?  Looks like some sort of post-war apocalyptic setting with all those trees broken and cut down. 

I am thinking housing on the south side and perhaps business development on the north side.Would be nice to have some type of grocery store nearby. Anybody know for sure?

That is what I heard from neighbors...houses on the south and commercial on the north.  A grocery store would be nice. 

We had to use Fort Worth Fire/EMS this past weekend and the firemen told us the station opens in May.  They will be moving in from the station by NorthPoint Baptist Church on Hwy 10. 

Hope everything is ok with your family.  Hopefully the noise from the fire station would not be too much for those at the edge of the neighborhood.  I hope that commercial along Trinity would be consumer-commercial like what we have at the corner with the Subway, Nail Shop, Donut Shop.  I would have to have industrial crap there.
