FYI - IF YOU ARE APPROACHED BY A REPRESENTATIVE OF DAWSON GEOPHYSICAL SERVICES, DO NOT SIGN THE PERMIT.  PLEASE ALLOW TIME FOR ME TO RESEARCH THIS REQUEST.  THIS SURVEY IS BEING DRIVEN BY CHESAPEAKE ENERGY.  THEY ARE BACK OUT CANVASSING NEIGHBORHOODS TO GET LEASES SIGNED.

PLEASE ALLOW THE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION TIME TO RESEARCH THE ISSUE AND GET BACK WITH YOU.  I HAVE ALREADY MADE CONTACT WITH THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND OTHERS TO GET INFORMATION ON WHY THIS REQUEST IS NEEDED, ARE RIGHTS GIVEN UP BY SIGNING THE REQUEST.

THEY APPEAR TO BE TARGETING THOSE THAT SIGNED A LEASE IN YEARS PAST WITH CHEASAPEAKE.

I thought that Dale Resources (the earlier attempt to get signatures) was for Chesapeake, and that the current batch of signatures was for Chrozio(sp?) energy?  The current batch was almost at the limit to allow for drilling, this Chesapeake thing would throw a wrench into the works?
