River Trails Homeowners Association

 thanks to at home neighbors,once again homes were saved today. once again brush fire on saranac trl and west of thames. FDP had to drive thru fence at the address of 8750 to access back feild to put out fire. thank you to the observant home owner at that address.what will the HOA do about this never ending threat of fire back there ? This is the 2nd time this summer there was threat of loss of home and possibley life because of lack of access and brush fire. Do your job now and try and resolve this hazard.

What are you talking about lack of access?  Why is  this the HOA's problem?  Did you not notice the field when you purchased this home!  Why don't you do something about the issue instead of telling other people how to do a job!

Thank you clove for your concern!  The field is indeed behind my house and there was access until someone(no-one) put up a fence!  I the homeowner next to the vacant lot that someone...no-one owns or takes care of except me for the last 11 years am going to take care of it and remove no ones fence!  And yes Mr/MRS Pizza Smart Ass I noticed the field when I BUILT MY HOUSE 11 YEARS AGO!!!  SO THAT HAVING BEEN SAID I feel even more comfortable after your response in saving my $25 a year on HOA dues!  Thank GOD ITS NOT mandatory!!!  P.S.  I thought one of the benefits of an HOA was code enforcement issues!  Silly me!!1 Just sit on your sofa and eat your Pizza!  As far as someone doing their job,  if you don't want a "job" to do....don't volunteer!  Just plan your picnics and car shows and be fat dumb and happy and don't make shitty comments!  Just curious, what IS the HOA for....negotiating invisible fences for people who don't want to keep theirs up to code?  Enjoy your Pizza!

Oh yes and Clove, thank you and your husband for rushing down a block away from your home to help spray down my neighbors fence who wasn't home so I could spray down mine!  Maybe I should be paying you $25 a year in dues!
