Yes - you have the correct corner of the neighborhood.

We found out after knocking on their door and the older son answered, mentioned his Dad was out of town and he had also out of town, leaving the younger one to "fend for himself"....little did either older brother or dad know what young son was up to.  Older brother did apologize for younger brother and offered to come clean it up....but it had already been taken care of at that point.
