When and where is the next HOA Meeting? Is membership a requirement to attend?  Thanks,

They will announce it about a week beforehand.  I think we're about due for a twice yearly HOA meeting this month (March, or early April).  It will be time to elect new officers as well.  No membership is required to attend, just show up.  They usually announce on whiteboard signs at the exits to the neighborhood on Trinity and Concho.

I recommend someone run for officers, quite frankly the existing HOA hasn't done squat for any of the members, it's a wonder why that we used to have membership in the hundreds and now it's barely 40-50 members (out of over 1000 residents).  We need fresh blood in the HOA board, I'm tired of seeing nothing getting done-especially after getting screwed over the big fence by the oil leasing company and now with our leases expiring and nobody interested in completing signups,etc.  The HOA is a joke.

From what I recall, I think it's coming up in April.  Everyone can attend, they usually have options to renew or signup HOA membership at the annual meetings.  Sometimes have door prizes too.  I think they announce on signs going in & out of the subdivision.
