River Trails Homeowners Association

There is a medium sized black dog with white chest, tan feet, wandering up and down Salado nr Trinity. It is also getting behind Salado to where the new houses are being built. It has been around since Friday morning and is staying in the same area. I can't get close enough to get a hold it. Is anyone missing a dog or know of a neighbor who is. It has no collar or tags.
