Good evening River Trails Neighbors,
Looks like our property taxes will be going up very soon. I got my property value notice. Is anyone going to appeal? I am just curious how many of you out there disagree with your 2013 proposed value? |

What street do you live on? You can always protest/appeal any assessment. The area for the new development will be funded by taxes (TIF), however River Trails (proper) and Lakes of River Trails (North) are not part of the TIF, so property values shouldn't go up in relation to the development. If it does, definitely protest. |

I live on San Joaquin Trail. I believe everyone in this area got a property value notice, and it usually means that what will come in the mail next will be the new property tax bill. |
