Do YOU always pick up your dog's "constitutional gifts" when you are walking them?
In your opinion is there ever an acceptable reason for someone to defy the neighborhood code requiring them to pick up their dog's "consitutional gifts" when they are walking?
Does it bother YOU to find "constitutional gifts" left by others on YOUR lawn?
We always cary bags and pick up our dogs turds, but it's been surprising to me, as a new neighbor, to see how many people allow their dogs to poop on the sidewalk without cleaning up afterward. I accidently stepped in someones mess a couple of days ago and slid forward almost falling on the walk. As an older person a fall could have serious consequences.
I am also surprised how few people cleared their walks when the snow came this past couple of weeks.
